For the next installment in our on going whiskey series we’ve turned our attention to cocktails!
The Culinary Team and the Cocktail Engineers at The Howard have created a 4 course tasting menu to be served as you bowl. Each course will feature a cocktail perfect for the season paired with a platter of snacks and bites that showcase the different ingredients and flavor profiles of each cocktail.

Strawberry Mule – Bulleit Rye, rhubarb bitters, lemon, muddled strawberry and ginger beer
Cantaloupe, mozzarella, prosciutto, basil, mint, extra virgin olive oil, white balsamic vinegar
Avocado toast point with sea salt
Kentucky Devil- Wild Turkey 101, watermelon, simple syrup, lemon and adobo sauce
Smoked pork shoulder taco with achiote, cotija, pickled peaches and cilantro
Hamachi crudo with basil, Serrano chili and lemon
Compressed watermelon with blueberry balsamic reduction
Speyside Chamomile- Dalwhinnie 12 year speyside scotch, chamomile syrup, bitters
Edible flower salad with orange vinaigrette
Sweet vanilla custard with roasted walnuts
Montemore cheese with local honey and apricot
Smoked Old Fashion- Woodford reserve double oak, smoked ice cube, demura syrup, orange and cherry bitters
Braised brisket tostada with pickled corn, charred jalapeno crema, roasted tomato salsa
Smokey blue cheese with cherry jam
Smore- Charred marshmallow with graham cracker and bourbon-chocolate sauce
