Please join us for the first in what we hope to be a long series of events celebrating whiskey. To kick off we will be featuring a 4 course meal paired with bourbon from the prestigious Buffalo Trace distillery. Specifically we will be focusing on bourbons made using mash bill #1 (Benchmark #8, Buffalo Trace, Eagle Rare and EH Taylor). Our culinary team has created a meal to showcase the different flavors that can develop from bourbons using the same base recipe and Nick from Badger Liquor will be on hand at the event to discuss how aging, proof, rickhouse placement and other factors contribute to making each bourbon unique.

Course 2: EH Taylor Small Batch
Tobacco Smoked Pork Belly served over miso creamed corn with black pepper cherry reduction and corn crunch
Course 3: Eagle Rare
Ancho and Coffee rubbed Hanger steak with pistachio, grapes and sugar snap peas finished with a bourbon demi glace
Course 4: Buffalo Trace
Cigar Duo- smoked chocolate “cigar” with tuile cookie, cocoa nibs and sweet corn crème brulee
