Enjoy juicy tidbits of music history while indulging in a thematic multi-course dinner in the new Rock & Roll Dinner series at The Howard. The series will feature four dinners presented by Kyle Cherek, the host of Wisconsin Foodie.
This dinner will feature music and stories of The Beatles. Music and commentary will accompany a multi-course meal prepared by The Howard’s Executive Chef team Ben and Amanda Raupp.
6pm: Cocktail hour
7pm: Dinner served
First Course: Scoose- traditional Liverpool stew with lamb and braised beef short rib
Second Course: Baked Chorizo hash- Spanish style chorizo with potatoes, peppers and tomato with poached egg
Third Course: Tehri Biryani- classic north indian vegetarian rice dish
Fourth Course: Salmon en croute- salmon baked in puff pastry with lemon, dill, spinach and mushroom, served with a lemon beurre blanc
Fifth Course: Honey pie--baked honey custard with flaky crust and vanilla bean whipped cream
