The Howard boasts several unique spaces available for event rentals- the intimate Tea Room, the historic Great Hall or Grand Ballroom, or the upscale boutique bowling alley & bar in The Lanes. Our in-house culinary team, led by Chefs Ben & Amanda Raupp, can create a menu perfectly tailored to your event. From elegant weddings in our Grand Ballroom, to sophisticated corporate dinners in The Great Hall or gatherings with a group of friends or co-workers in The Lanes, The Howard is the perfect place to create a beautiful and memorable experience for your special event.

Additional Rental Details

+ Rental Details:

  • Ballroom Rental is 5 hours, up to 2 additional hours may be booked for $500 per hour
  • Great Hall Rental is 4 hours for private or corporate event, 2 hours for wedding ceremony (added on to ballroom wedding reception)
  • The Lanes Full Buyout is 4 hours
  • The Tea Room Rental is 3 hours
  • Rate for Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day is Saturday rate, plus $500 (no rentals on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day)
  • Saturday rentals of the Great Hall available on limited basis, no more than 90 days in

+ Rental Rate Includes:

  • On site Event Manager for planning and detailing; present on night of reception
  • Banquet tables (10 top rounds on Ballroom Floor, 8 top rounds and 4 top squares on Ballroom Balcony, 4 top square tables in Great Hall)
  • Banquet chairs
  • House linens, white table cloths and black or white napkins
  • China/glassware/silverware
  • Standing or bistro cocktail tables with black house linens
  • Table numbers with stands
  • Complimentary standing microphone at head table
  • Place card table covered in house linen
  • Gift Table covered in house linen
  • Hors d’oeuvres table for appetizers & late night food service covered in house linen
  • Cake Table covered in house linen
  • No bartender fees
  • Dressing rooms available for bridal party during event
  • Complimentary use of Great Hall for ceremony rehearsal if ceremony is on-site (based on availability)
