The Howard’s Culinary Team partners with our friends at Sunken Paddle . to bring you a 6-course cider pairing menu featuring dishes by The Howard’s Chef, David Velasco and team as well as ciders from Sunken Paddle Ciderworks.

A full cash bar will be available for additional beverages.

If you are purchasing tickets separately from your party, please indicate a “Party Name” to ensure seating with your group. We will do our best to accomodate all noted dietary restrictions.

Course 1- "Jalapeno Popper" Croquette with Mosaic Cider Pairing

Mashed potatoes, diced jalapenos, cheddar cheese and bacon bits, breaded and fried, served over ranch whipped cream, dusted with chive powder

Course 2- Surprise Cocktail (GF, DF)

Featuring our special release Howard/Sunken Paddle cider

Course 3- Crispy Chicken Skin Pasta with Heirloom Semi-Dry Cider Pairing

Housemade Cavaletti Pasta stuffed with ricotta, tarragon, lemon, and roasted chicken, tossed in a crispy chicken skin tarragon butter cream sauce

Course 4- Pork Katsu with Lemongrass Ginger Cider Pairing

Asian marinated pork loin, breaded in panko, served with shaved cabbage, blistered cherry tomatoes, charred lemon, and a mustard cream sauce

Course 5- Coffee Rubbed Striploin with Bourbon Barrel Cider Pairing (GF)

Coffee rubbed striploin, served over mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, and a coffee demi glace.

Course 6- Miso Glazed Doughnuts with Cherry Lime Zest Cider Pairing

Fresh doughnuts, miso glaze, blackberry sauce with cherry lime zest cider, and lime zest whipped cream
