The Howard’s Culinary Team partners with our friends at Lion’s Tail Brewing Co. to bring you a 5-course beer pairing menu featuring dishes by The Howard’s Chef, David Velasco and team as well as brews from Lion’s Tail.

A full cash bar will be available for additional beverages.

If you are purchasing tickets separately from your party, please indicate a “Party Name” to ensure seating with your group. We will do our best to accomodate all noted dietary restrictions.

5-Course Dinner Menu

  • Course 1- Violet (Blueberry Sour)

    Watermelon Gazpacho (GF, Vegetarian) - Pureed and seasoned watermelon, goat cheese, coarse black pepper, mint oil, balsamic

  • Course 2- Juice Cloud (Hazy IPA)

    Fried Brie and Arugula (Vegetarian) - Breaded and fried brie cheese, arugula, lemon oil, blistered cherry tomatoes

  • Course 3- Red 90 (Amber Ale)

    Jerk Chicken Taco (GF) - Corn tortilla, jerk chicken, pickled jicama and radish, plantain, cilantro lime crema

  • Course 4- Warm and Coasty (Pineapple Habanero IPA)

    Spare Ribs (GF, DF) - Crispy spare ribs, pineapple bbq sauce, pineapple slaw, coconut sticky rice

  • Course 5- Blackberry Lemon Tart (Blackberry Lemon lactose sour)

    Blackberry Lemon Tiramisu - Lemon sponge cake, lemon syrup, mint cream cheese and mascarpone, whipped cream, blackberry gastrique, graham cracker crumb
