Descriptions:
The Howard’s Culinary Team partners with Dollar Menu to bring you a 5-course dinner that is sure to capture different styles from a variety of culinary backgrounds. This unique experience showcases a thoughtfully designed menu by the Dollar Menu Team (Chefs Adam Borndahl, Gabe Riske, Zach Pusser ). An optional wine pairing upgrade can be added to this experience to elevate your dining experience.
A full cash bar will be available for beverages.
If you are purchasing tickets separately from your party, please indicate a “Party Name” to ensure seating with your group. We will do our best to accommodate all noted dietary restrictions.

Welcome Snacks:
Deviled eggs with potato crumb, pickles, and dill
Chicken liver mousse toasts with “old fashioned” gel/jam situation
Course 1: Cauliflower soup with chili oil, Parmesan crisp, and watercress
Course 2: Sugar snap peas, yogurt, kumquat kosho vinaigrette, radish, fried shallot, mint
Course 3: Arancini with asparagus and tomato butter
Course 4: “Steak Diane” morel mushrooms, green peppercorn, whipped potatoes
Course 5: Horchata creme brûlée, poached rhubarb, almond
